The 5th Avenue is adjacent to China Resources Vientiane City in the southwest, Zhangjiang Road in the northwest, Changgang Road in the northeast, Xinganzhou Avenue in the southeast, and adjacent to the Central Ecological Park. Qinjiang Road, which runs through the central axis of the project, connects Vientiane City and RT-Mart. In the future, a new commercial district in Ganzhou with the Fifth Avenue as the center will be formed. Within a 5-minute walk around the project, there are 5 major facilities including administration, finance, commerce, education, and leisure.

 

The plan focuses on coordinating with the urban space environment and the planning and development of the surrounding buildings, reflecting the planning and design features and themes of this project, and building the urban commercial center of this project, a landmark business complex. Organically integrated shopping malls, large-scale home malls, and block-style specialty commerce dominate the surrounding plots to create the core commercial district of Gannan area, renew future commercial influence and build Ganzhou’s first one-stop urban life commercial complex center. Leading a prosperous city-Fifth Avenue.

The design is inspired by Zhangjiang Floating Bridge. In order to provide a seamless shopping experience, the design also uses a bridge as a base connection.

The characteristic sky curtain design refers to the winding Zhangjiang River, covering the commercial corridor. The overlapping canopy design covers the sunken plaza, which is both fashionable and pragmatic, while bringing out an endless shopping experience.
