Through the competition, WOW DESIGN won the project's 250-meter-high mixed-function tower design. The project was inspired by the choice of "Zen Gardening", which emphasizes nature, respects people, and seeks the compatible connection point between man and nature. The elements of stone and water combine hardness and softness to create a balanced and harmonious beauty.

In the Zen garden, the harmonious proportion between stone and stone gives people the sense of stability, competence and strength of stone, and at the same time attracts the beauty of the harmonious proportion between stone and stone. At the same time, in order to maximize the copyright of the urban landscape resources, open the view space, cut the four corners of the tower to form a capable and concise curve, mountain and river views climb upward, forming a characteristic vertical green space and curtain wall effect.
